Working in inviting spaces

When designing our workspaces in the bakery, we paid particular attention to room size, colours, lighting and functional furnishings. The result is bright and attractive spaces that create a pleasant working environment.

A cafeteria for socialising and taking breaks

Our cafeteria is more than just a place to eat. It provides a space for breaks, conversation and socialising amongst colleagues.

With its bright and welcoming design, we have created a place where our staff can come together and recharge their batteries for the working day ahead.

Good catering at work

Together with our catering partner FELFEL, we offer our employees a varied selection of meals – including meat, vegetarian and vegan options.

The meals are financially supported by HUG. Our aim is to provide our employees with a hassle-free catering option right at their workplace.

We also ensure that meal packaging is recycled. According to FELFEL, 90 per cent of the meal packaging used is recyclable or biodegradable. We collect the empty meal boxes in a separate FELFEL collection bin for this purpose.
