Best Employers 2026 (Handelszeitung, PME, and Statista)

For the eighth time, Handelszeitung, together with PME and Statista, published its list of the “Best Employers.” The ranking is based on a survey of 15,000 Swiss employees. HUG AG ranked 128th in the overall score and 13th in the category “Manufacture of food and beverages, other consumer goods.” The overall score is composed of direct evaluations (willingness to recommend one's own employer) and indirect evaluations (willingness to recommend other employers within the same industry).
