Biscuit trays made with recycled materials

Our biscuit trays protect Wernli products on their journey to your table. To ensure that as little new plastic as possible is required, our PET biscuit trays are made largely from recycled material.

At the same time, we are working to use less material. As a result, we have been able to make our biscuit trays progressively lighter over recent years, thereby reducing our use of plastic.

Now also collectable via RecyBag

With the RecyBag from RecyPac, there is now an additional collection channel for plastic packaging in Switzerland. Plastic trays, such as those used for pastries, can also be collected in it and subsequently sorted and recycled.

PET drinks bottles should still be placed in the separate PET collection.

As a founding member of RecyPac, we are helping to further develop the collection and recycling of plastic packaging and drinks cartons in Switzerland.
