The “Swiss culinary junior national team” is the flagship of the Swiss culinary federation. Major international achievements by top chefs at world championships and Olympiads speak for the Swiss culinary art.
An age limit of 25 years for participation in the competition ensures that there will always be a new member of the team. The individual team members qualify through competitions, outstanding training qualifications and recommendations from experts. For these young talents, being part of the team is an important qualification certificate for a promising professional career.
