Work-life balance
We contribute to an ideal work-life balance. We support part-time work, offer everyone a great deal of freedom in organising their own work and facilitate mobile working at all our workplaces. The annual working time allows for flexible working hours and helps to balance seasonal fluctuations, among other things.
In our production department, we benefit from different shift models. This gives our employees more flexible time off during the week. At weekends, we shut down our production lines and stop working on Saturdays by noon at the latest.
