Free range eggs

Animal-friendly manner

We use only free-range eggs because we are committed to keeping laying hens in an animal-friendly and species-appropriate manner. This is because free-range management allows the hens to graze on pastures and spend at least five hours a day in the fresh air.

We get our Swiss fresh eggs from "Fischer Eier & Eierprodukte", a traditional family business in the same village, Malters.

For technological reasons, we also use egg powder. This is not produced in Switzerland, which is why we import it from the EU.
