Working together against food waste

United Against Waste brings together companies from the food industry with the common goal of effectively reducing food waste. As a new member, we are delighted to be part of this network and to actively support this important cause.

Good quality gets a second chance

In the past, products with deviations in size or appearance were consistently sorted out in our packing department. Although they were of impeccable quality as foodstuffs, they were used as animal feed.

Since 2024, we have been taking a new approach: some of these products are packaged in 1-kilogram bags and offered as a supplementary range in our factory shops at attractive prices. In this way, we are making a further contribution to reducing food waste.
